Pacific Duel event gets underway with two age groups at the Silent Ice Center

The 2011 Pacific Duel was contested by 6 HSL teams on the weekend of November 3, 4, 5 2023. Games were tightly contested with a thrilling championship game that needed overtime to settle it. The 2011 Hurricane Hockey Academy defeated the Capital City Knights 4-3 with the winning goal being scored by Rowen Norrie.

The 2013 Pacific Duel also took place November 3,4,5 2023 in Nisku. Two divisions of five teams battled it out until there was only 1 left standing. The Aces Hockey Academy led by the outstanding goaltending of Thomas O'Toole-Watt defeated Caps Hockey 4-1. The HPL was represented by the Washington Wolverines and the GV Bulldogs HC.
